On behalf of the Monterey Council, we cordially invite you to attend the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Northwestern Lieutenancy on October 6-9, 2017.

Our Reflection for the weekend is from 1Corinthians 10:16-17:
"Is not the cup of blessing which we bless, a sharing in the blood of Christ? Is not the bread, which we break a sharing in the body of Christ? Since there is one bread, we who are many are one body; for we all partake of the one bread."

This year's meeting location is the Monterey Marriott hotel, just minutes from the Monterey Presidio and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and overlooks the Monterey Wharf.
The Vigil Mass on Friday evening will be celebrated at the Cathedral of San Carlos Borromeo de Monterey in Monterey.
Saturday’s Memorial and Promotion Mass will be celebrated at San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo Mission Basilica in Carmel.
Sunday’s Investiture Mass will be celebrated at Madonna del Sasso Church in Salinas.
Our activities for the weekend include:
An optional Golf and Lunch outting on Friday at Del Monte Golf Course. For questions or more info, please contact Sir John Keller. Alternatively, you may sign up for an excursion to 17 Mile Drive. This excursion includes two hours of sight seeing, followed by a Lunch and Wine Experience, with an optional wine blending. You will then have the opportunity to spend 90 minutes exploring Cannery Row in Monterey. For questions or more info, Please contact Lady MJ Dellaquila.
On Saturday evening, we will experience a reception, followed by a luau dinner and bon fire at Monterey Beach House.
Sunday’s breakfast meeting and formal banquet will be held at the Monterey Marriott. The Hospitality Suite will be open every evening to meet, greet, and reconnect with friends.
