To be eligible for nomination in our Lieutenancy a person must present satisfactory evidence of the following personal characteristics:

The individual nominee must -

1. Be an adult baptized member (Lay or Clergy and at least 25 years old) in good standing of the Latin-Rite Catholic Church.
2. Exhibit an unwavering fidelity to the Pope who is the sovereign of the Order.
3. Have an active faith demonstrated by service in their local Parish, Diocese, and support of the global Catholic Church.
4. Have a personal affinity for the people and sacred sites of the Holy Land.
5. Reside within the geographic boundaries the Northwestern Lieutenancy serves.
